ParticipantPerhaps you can help. I have just installed community events and the columns for the categories are short, two columns. I am unable at the moment to switch to another theme, but will do so tomorrow morning. You may wish to look at the page to see if there is anything you can currently determine. Otherwise I will have to go through the hard work of troubleshooting… 😉 Thanks

ParticipantKaren,
Thanks for reaching out! Could you give me a link to your ‘Add Event’ page so that I can take a look? Thanks!January 8, 2013 at 12:31 pm #30451karen
ParticipantCasey,

ParticipantKaren,
Yes, please send me a login at pro @ tri.be (ATTN: Casey). Thanks!January 8, 2013 at 2:10 pm #30456Casey
ParticipantKaren,
This is a conflict with your current theme. Please add the following CSS rule to your theme’s stylesheet:
#EventInfo, table.eventForm {
width: 100% !important;
}
Let me know if that solves the issue.

Participantso this should be a page without sidebars? I will add it thanks
January 8, 2013 at 2:39 pm #30465Casey
ParticipantNot necessarily. The 100% width just make sure that the table fills the entire width of the allotted space. Just let me know if that solves the issue. Thanks!

Participantperhaps you could tell me how to use a default.php without the sidebars. I cannot edit the page and my Events page does not use sidebars either.

ParticipantKaren,
Before we go down that road, can you try activating the 2012 theme and see if these issue persist? Then we’ll be able to determine if this is an issue isolated to your theme or something else. Thanks!January 8, 2013 at 3:11 pm #30474karen
Participantyes, it looks fine in 2012. I would be just as happy to just use the full page.

ParticipantOk, so it looks like this is an issue with your theme. I would suggest that you contact the theme developer and see if they can offer you some help, since we can’t provide support for every theme that’s out there.
We’ll definitely be happy to work with the theme developer if there’s any issues with the way that our plugin is implemented. Just let us know what you hear from them. Thanks!
