GuestOnce a customer has purchased tickets and provided data via the additional information options now available is it then possible to edit this information if the customer has made a mistake or names have to be changed for the ticket holder?

Thanks fro reaching out to us on this! At the moment is not possible to edit attendees meta once the user submitted (rsvp) or purchased the tickets. You are welcome to suggest this as a feature request at The Events Calendar user voice page, where we gather feedback from our community. This feature has been just released so all feedback on it will be super helpful!

Very disappointed to hear that but I appreciate this is a new feature.
That is a deal breaker for us which we are gutted about as everything else you offer seems a perfect fit to our needs.
Customers sometimes provide the wrong information and come back to us to change or update it so we need to be able to edit it.
Is it possible to edit any of the data a customer provides at all during the purchase process? For example, names on each of the tickets, email address provided etc?
I will add this as request to your user voice section and hopefully this is something that can be included in a future release.
We do not actually need that aspect of your functionality until July so we have a bit of time to see if you implement such a request.

Not from the plugin interface right now. I guess you could create a utility script to edit that meta, as the information is on the database and related with the ticket. Unfortunately crafting this for a customer would be out of the support we provide over this forums.
Sorry to hear this is showstopper for you! This is a new feature that will surely have some updates as releases go by. Please add the feature request in UserVoice, I cannot asure you it will be done or when but surely is a first step for this to gain visibility 🙂
