ParticipantHi, I have an event that I created with two tickets. One free and one paid. I need to collect a first and last name and email address for each attendee. For each free attendee, I need to collect a license number (real estate) since that ticket is only for specific people.
I am having two issues.
1. I limited the free ticket so that only one can be purchased per order, but I have multiple orders where 2 free tickets were bought together. Is this some bug?
2. For people who bought multiple tickets, regardless of free or paid, I only have the information for the person placing the order. How do I collect each attendees info? This seems like basic functionality to me, am I missing an option somewhere?

I am not sure how you limited ticket purchase to 1, but I would love to learn more about this.
Could you share what you did as well as the details (screenshots) of the Edit Ticket section of your event ?
Additionally, could you tell me which version of Avada you are using ?
Could you please also send me a copy of the latest version of your Avada child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.

Normally, the attendee information is requested for each attendee, not only the person purchasing the ticket.
The only case where Event Tickets Plus’ attendee info capture does not work well is when the customers increase the quantity of tickets from within the cart. This is because the attendee info is not captured as part of the WooCommerce process, but rather as part of the single event page.

But first to be extra safe, before making any changes to your functions.php file, you should make a backup of that file.
