Hi, We develop websites for churches. We often install the Events Calendar, then ask them to upgrade to Pro. This happens while the site is on our development server. Once launched, the site shows an error for the plugin due to license issue.

Normally we would login to their account and change the main URL to be for the live site, but neither of the current 2 churches can find their login. Is there a way you can help? These are the domains/churches, and each purchased the Pro plugin.

    fbcgriffin.org

First Baptist Church on Fifth, Winston Salem, NC
    firstonfifth.org

    Thanks,
    David

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
    The Events Calendar Support Team
