Class Schedule

I’m pretty sure that the events calendar pro can handle this – but just want to make sure and get any advice. My biggest concern s with the registration process and how to implement it.

I have a client who uses a google spreadsheet to manage a list of recurring and ongoing schedule of “Spanish classes.” Their registration process is a somewhat cumbersome, and I’m sure they are losing potential students because of it, see: http://www.spanishlc.com/upcoming-spanish-classes-downtown-chicago

Once the event (class) schedule is on the events calendar, how or what would I have them use for students regitstering for a class? DO you have a similar implementation I could look at to get some ideas?

This is a great question. The easiest way to do this would be by extending the Events Calendar with Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus:

2. https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/

To make a long story short, this will let you:

1. Capture the students info
2. Manage stock (number of places available)
3. Process Payment
