City Search Not Working

    We recently purchased PRO and Community add ons and cannot get city search to work properly. If I search for a particular city, it shows up along with other cities.

    I did your recommended conflict check, but that did not change the results. It doesn’t seem to have made a difference with the most recent update.

    Any resolution? This is a very important feature that we’d like to offer our visitors. Thanks!

    Hi Brad,

    Sorry you’ve been running into some trouble here. I checked out http://centralcoastlive.com/events/ and didn’t notice a location search filter – seems you’re using our “Classic Header” option. To be clear:

    1. Is this, in fact, the site where you’re having these problems? If not, share the URL to the site where you are having those problems.

    2. Is this main /events/ page where you have the city-search issues? Or somewhere else on your site?

    Sorry, I was doing some testing earlier and forgot to turn the search feature back on. It’s on now.

    Hey Brad,

    Thanks for doing that. On that page, the “Near” search box turns out to work for me – here’s a screenshot of the location suggestions after typing in “Pismo”: https://cloudup.com/cdQyjWkalmc

    Can you elaborate a bit on exactly you expect to happen, compared what you’re finding is actually happening?
