As discussed in this post, is there a fix yet? Though the OP didn’t respond to one of your questions, yes it is simply a structural issue w/ the addition of a forward slash at the end of the permalink. This interferes with the thumbnail generation on sharing posts via Facebook/Hootsuite:

    My Error:

Hi: can you confirm you are using the latest releases (as these introduced some changes with regards to the recurring events implementation) and let me know if there is still a problem?

Okay, yes they’re the same links now- while I was working on this problem I saw a notice that Events Pro and Community plugins were out of date and couldn’t be updated as the license keys were missing. When I clicked to add the keys back to the settings (I had previous added them, don’t know how they disappeared) I kept getting a fatal error instead and couldn’t access those plugins–deleted them both, fresh downloads from tribe site, several freak-outs later got it resolved. Lost all of my customizations so I’ll try to start adding overrides for all of those.) Any idea why the license keys went awol?

I’m afraid not (and sorry for the late reply, as the thread was marked resolved it didn’t flag up as being in need of a reply).

In any case, as this thread’s not seen much activity for the last couple of weeks so I’ll go ahead and close it. Of course if you still need help with this or any other issue please don’t hesitate to create a new thread (or threads) and one of the team will be only too happy to help. Thanks!
