Church activity calendar

Hi. Our church need a calendar on our website. We have it now, but we have to use a computer to edit the calendar. We need an app for a smart phone or an extended version like this:
– Pastor takes up his phone and via the Calendar app adds a meeting for the elders. Set up details for what to talk about and mark it as “Do not publish content, only subject/date/time”.
– Youth leader does the same with a meeting for youth but marks it with “Publish it all”.
– Administrator does the same for a sunday service but marks it with “Publish all, exept planning content”.
Is this possible with the Pro version? We have the other version today. And we use both iOS and Android.

Hello there, Kjell! Thanks for getting in touch.

The free version of the plugin is a good reflection of how publishing events works, even with the PRO add-on installed. The PRO version is an extension of the free version that provides additional functionality, such as recurring events. In other words, the PRO version does not change the way events are published and what you are currently seeing in the free version is what you would see when installing PRO as well.
