Hello there,

i have the issue that if i scan the QR-Code with a Handheld Scanner.

The Link of the QR-Code is brocken an wont work. If i scan the QR-Code with my Smartphone (Samsung S3 used App QR Code Reader) just the Event Page opens an i’m not checked in to the Event what i am doing wrong?

How is the Check in possible.

Same Bug at my testsite! (just Event Page opens)

Here is my solution my Handheld Scanner had no german ouput so the URL was not correct shown.
And for there Problem that only the Even Page opens. I musted be loged in to my WordPress Backend.
When im logged in everything is working 🙂
