Check in QR code

I am facing problem with Automatic Check in when i go to scan qr code by any qr code scanner app so its only show the Event path not get any success or valid invalid ticket also when i go to check under Attendees Check in under admin then there nothing happen
Can you Please Help me with This issue or can you can suggest any app for scan
