check in and barcode

I have some questions about your product. Below a description of the situation:
My customer has a venue like a disco. He wants to sell online tickets for events like parties or concerts in his location.
The ideal situation would be that people buy tickets and with a barcode scanner or mobile phone our personnel could validate the tickets.
When looking at your demo. We can sell tickets and check people in. Your demo/documentation does not make it clear for me.
My questions:
– How can we ensure that only the staff can check tickets in?
– What kind of barcode scanners can we use with your product?

Hi Jurjen,

Thanks for the interest in WooCommmerce Tickets. I can answer your questions.

Right now check in can only be done from the admin of WordPress so you have to login and click a button to do it and you have to be an admin.

Currently we do not support QR or barcode check ins we are developing that feature actively, but I do not have a release date yet for it.
