    Hi,
    I just upgraded to Event Tickets Plus, but had to upgrade woo commerce too. If this isn’t supported any longer, why was I forced to pay for it?

    Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

    If you have Event Tickets Plus you do not need WooCommerce Tickets.

    We can refund the purchase of WooCommerce Tickets.

    To request a refund please follow our policy outlined here:

    And we can take care of it.

    Also, what language led you believe you were forced to renew it? If you can provide that we can see about changing it to prevent that confusion.

    Thanks for the help, Brian. I will follow the process. Sorry, it probably wasn’t fair to say forced, but it came up on the screen saying updates were required to continue and then when you clicked on that, it led to a basket with both the items in it and so I just assumed I was meant to purchase both.
