We have a dining event that has 2 menu options: standard and vegan.
Two attendees emailed me and asked to change from standard to vegan.
I made the change in EDD but when I look at the attendees view from within the event it still shows them on the standard ticket type. Is there a way to force a recount or something?
Good question! To the best of my knowledge, I believe you would need to refund the purchase and process a new transactions from there for the different tickets.
Is that what you did, or were you trying something else?
