Changing ticket info for guest checkouts

Most of the people who purchase tickets through my events page do so without making an account as it will be a one off purchase.

The tickets are sold using woocommerce.

There are several additional fields for each ticket sold. First name/Last Name and Email address.
If at a later date a change needs to be made to this info how can an admin do this?
I can’t currently see any way to do this if a user doesn’t have an account, so spend my time editing the serialized field in the db. Is there another option I am missing?

Thanks for reaching out!

We actually have an extension that will allow you to do this. You can upload and activate it like a regular plugin, and then you should get an option to edit attendee information in your Attendees list.
