Changing the venue slug

Hello,

I have exactly the same problem as this person: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/change-venue-translated-slug/

The “venue” slug being translated to “lieu” in my French version of WordPress causes a problem. That’s because I had an existing custom taxonomy also named “lieu”.

I need to have a slug other than “lieu” in the permalink to identify events venues.

As I am not a developer I would need additional guidance regarding the snippet you provide in the above thread.

Please install, activate, and setup this extension: https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/change-labels-events-venues-organizers/

After getting it setup, please let me know if it solves this issue for you.

Thanks it worked, though I had to flush WordPress permalinks.
