Changing the Title of the "add a seminar page?

I have figured out how to change the title to the calendar page but I need to change the page where the community plugin is. I am trying to change the word “EVENTS” to “SEMINARS”. how would I do so?

sorry, I have been away at work. yes it worked perfect, thx! I think this should be an option in the admin where we can change it according to what we want to do with our calendar. I know adding that will solve the problem but for me it is a pain. I say this b/c I use headwaythemes and the function.php is always updated with new releases.
