    Is there a way to make the date that is on the ticket the date the customer selected rather than the event start date?

    I’m afraid I don’t fully understand the issue here, Can you elaborate a bit more on it? Not sure about ‘the date the customer selected’ in particular.

    I guess you are note referring to recurring events as that feature is part of Events Calendar PRO which I see you don’t have a license for. If that’s the case please note tickets won’t work with recurring event series, while this is a planned feature it has not been developed yet!

    Thanks for replying… On the event page, the customer has an option to select the date they would like to attend (if it’s a multi-date event).

    If a customer selects to attend on the Sunday for instance, the ticket that is emailed to them by default shows the events start date rather than the date they chose.

    Let me start by saying this is not something our plugins support, but I’ll try to help you out anyway.

    I guess the point here where are you storing that date? In the tickets meta? Take a look at this other thread I’m working on → https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/adding-custom-field-to-email-php-on-event-tickets/ where the user needs to insert a custom field in the tickets email. Maybe you can replace the default event start date with the custom date the user selects in the tickets form.
