    Hello,
    It says on my order reciepts from Woo Commerce that ‘You’ll receive your tickets in another email’.

    This isn’t the case, as I put the guests name on the door. I would like to change the text to indicate this to something such as ‘Your name will be put on the door as appears on your paypal account. please bring ID’.

    Is there a simple way to do this? Please note it is possibly my web developer may have deactivated the second email if this is the norm, and just so I know as an option, how would I reactive that? πŸ™‚

    It’s not a simple change to make, but it’s certainly not impossible. If you’d like to change the text string, you could hack the plugin. The text you’re looking for is in the file classes/class-wootickets.php in the wootickets folder, line 279.

    There absolutely should be an email sent by WooCommerce Tickets after the WooCommerce email. I’m not sure what to tell you about reactivating it as I don’t know why it isn’t being sent now. Your best bet is probably getting in touch with your web developer.
