We purchased Event Pro 3-license plan and installed one license key to a new site we published for a client. Now the client prefers to own the license key themselves. Should we just have them purchase a Personal license and replace the key we had purchased with their new key, then disconnect our key? Are there any problems associated with this? Thanks.
Yes, if you are planning on the other licenses in your account being used on sites that are not with the same client, it would be more ideal for the client to have their own account for their support needs. Swapping the license should not impact existing data with our plugin on that domain.
