Changing License Key for wrongly purchased app

Not sure we post this here correctly,
but we purchased a license for a number of apps, one of which is the Aggregator, where in fact we needed the Tickets Pro. Is it possible to change license keys, or do we need to ask for a refund on Aggregator and buy Tickets Pro separately.
