Changing how the event pages are titled in browser and FB shares etc

I don’t know if this is something that can be done from the plugin end or if I need to work with the theme files, but I’d appreciate any help to go in the right direction –

At the moment if an event page is posted to FB, the link title shows up as something like “Upcoming Events: Event name”.
What I’d like is for it to be “Date: Event name” or even just “Event name”.

As that’s much more useful for when people casually share the event link without typing additional preamble to clarify what they’re actually sharing, and make it more likely that interested acquaintances will investigate the link.

In other words, there are no built functions to do exactly what you are looking for, but you can probably achieve it, through a bit of customization.
