Changing and Updating Recurring Events

I tried to make a simple update on a recurring event by replacing an old featured image with a new one, then re-saving. I understand this is tricky (by reading through the forum entries). In this first case, I can no longer find the page at all, though it remains on the calendar until the end of the recurrence (2016). When trying to click on the page, nothing happens (dated permalink assigned that I cannot access). PLEASE GIVE ME A STEP BY STEP PROCESS ON HOW TO EFFECTIVELY UPDATE A RECURRING EVENT. And if you can fix these two events, I would appreciate it. They are Reflection and Prayer (Tuesdays) and Gatekeepers (Wednesdays) Thank you!

Hi: I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties.

I do see that when following the links from month view for some of the recurring events you mentioned it brings you to what looks like a blank page. When I look at the page source, though, I can see that some HTML is being sent, but it looks like it is being cutoff prematurely.

This leads me to think there may be a conflict of some kind, either with your theme or with another plugin. At this point can I ask you to run through our standard troubleshooting steps? If we can identify the conflict we can start thinking about a path forward 🙂
