Changes to Imported Events not Sticking

Sometimes the title to events that have been imported in, no longer make sense once they’re imported from the Facebook page to my site. For example, an organizer may have multiple events in multiple cities and have their title as the city they’re performing in. Once the event is imported, changing the title only works until the event gets updated by the Aggregator. Then the title is updated back to the original title. Is it possible to make the changes I make to the events permanent and not allow the Aggregator to change them back?

Hi Amy

Can you go to Events » Settings » Imports » Event Update Authority

I believe you might want either of the last 2 options:

Do not re-import events. Changes made locally will be preserved.
Import events but preserve local changes to event fields.
