Changeover from Calpress to Modern Tribe

Hi Modern Tribe,
In 2013 I installed Calpress calendar and was reasonably happy with it, though on the rare times I needed support, it was found wanting.
I also kept an eye on the development of Modern Tribe’s calendar. After the latest Calpress issue, still to be resolved, I am now seriously thinking about purchasing and use your event calendar for our school website.
My only question is whether or not there is a way of transferring events already loaded in the current year’s calendar, under Calpress, to be automatically picked up by your Event Calendar.

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Unfortunately we do not have a specific conversion tool for Calpress. However, we do have a CSV importer for events. So, if you’re able to export the information from the existing calendar you should be able to create a CSV file that can be mapped to the new meta for our calendar plugin.
