    Hi,
    I love this plugin! You guys have done a great job. I changed my site’s url or domain name, and now the spinning (I believe ajax thing) that goes around on the mini calendar while it’s loading. It was fine the minute before I changed my site’s url. What do I need to do for this plugin when I change the url?

    Hi, thank you. I’ve paid for this plugin, but I cannot use it. I’d like help figuring out why the Calendar widget’s styling is gone and it appears to be loading the whole time.
    I fixed the key already, it says Valid License in green. I don’t know what else I need to do. Please help.

    Hi Clare,

    First of all we are very sorry for the delay in getting to you. We have been dealing with higher then normal volumes of support tickets due to the 3.0 release and to help this we are hiring 3 new support staff so we should be back to full service very soon.

    For your particular issue, the first thing I’d have to check and see is if you are running plugins that might cause this issue. You may have already done these steps, and I apologies if you have, but it helps us narrow the issue down for you. If you haven’t you can check this by disabling each of your plugins and checking to see the result of the widget after you have disabled them. I’d also do the same with your theme and switch the theme back to the default theme like twenty twelve. If either of those two steps reveal that there was a conflict it will be helpful in giving you some advice to maybe work around it.

    If neither of those issues make any difference then we’ll dig a little deeper for you.
