change title text in month view template

Hi guys,
I’d like to change the default title text: Eventi per febbraio 2017
in this page:
http://www.stonescafe.it/new/

i’d like it to become something like this:
PROGRAMMA EVENTI – (current month) (current year)

how can I do that? I tried searching in template files but can’t find a solution..
