Change Title in the Single View Meta

Hi,
I am looking to change two title on the pageview. 1 the Event Category, the Client wants it to say “Market Segment” and the Organizer name should have Event Organizer over it.
How do I do that?
Can anyone help?
The Plugin works fine, just need to do these two cosmetic changes and I am finished with this project (I hope!!!)

I got it it is the meta.php file in the /public/advanced-functions folder.
That said, I tried to put that into my theme folder as instructed but it doesn’t call back. When I edited the file directly it worked.

Can someone help me, since the client will obviously want to update this on a regular basis.
