Change the photo in the footer that displays "Upcoming Events"

Hello,

Our site was recently updated and we have had several changes to how our events pages appear. I am having trouble figuring out how to change the photo that displays behind the “Upcoming Events” lower sidebar. Right now its a picture of the Holy Bible and for our organization could have some ramifications.
