Change text style/color of a certain event category

Is it possible to make a category stand out on the calendar? For example, at our restaurant- we have nightly specials that show up, but I want to feature the “live music/feature” category more prominently. Any suggestions? site: http://www.oldmarketeatery.com . Thanks, guys!
