    Hello,

Firstly thanks for creating my favourite WordPress plugin ever – the support and documentation is outstanding!

My question is, is it possible to amend the permalink for recurring events so they do not show the date of that instance of the event, at the end of it?

I know why the date is at the end of the URL, but my clients wants to display the single event pages elsewhere on the site without the specific date on them (for more of general page on that event).

N.B – site currently being developed locally only.

    Many thanks in advance!

    Lucy

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to remove the date from the recurring events slug.

It is used for the permalinks to know the precise event to find and without it would break the recurring event system.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks
