Change default ticket price displayed

[kirstyburgoine]

Hi,

I have a website using the Events calendar, Woocommerce and the Woocommerce tickets add-on. Each event has multiple different tickets available for it depending on the type of attendee (i.e. standard attendee, sponsor etc.).

When you view an event, a price is displayed at the top of the page. Is there a way to change which price is displayed? For example: on this page: http://www.kb-client-area.co.uk/isfa/event/tanzania/ the ticket price to be displayed needs to be 1800.00 and not 150.00.

I’ve tried changing the publish date of the ticket and also thought there may be a drag and drop ordering system (which there is not but would be a cool feature?) and now I’m stuck. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi Kirsty,

Depending on how much control you need, perhaps one of these two knowledgebase articles will provide you with a solution:

• theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/filtering-to-show-woocommerce-tickets-prices
• theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/use-the-event-cost-field-with-tickets-installed

Do either of those help here?

Hi Barry,

Thanks so much, the second one was the perfect fix 🙂

Excellent!
