Change default quantity to 1

Hi – How can I change the default quantity of tickets to be added to the cart from 0 to 1 (I’m not even sure why 0 would ever make sense)?

I found this closed support thread (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/change-default-quantity-to-1-2/). Is this still the recommended approach? 😕
