ParticipantHi,
We have a website essexprofessionalcoaching.co.uk that uses your events tickets.
Is it possible to have the increase of bought tickets changed to sessions?
This meaning you would be paying to go to the event twice or three times and only have to put in the data of your information ONCE.
As at the moment we would book to go to an event and input the same data over and over again.
For example the event is every Monday and we would want to go for 3 weeks. So we would want 3 of these. It is for the same customer each time. Can we have it so it only displays ONE attendee information rather than 3 – or however many sessions they want to attend.September 11, 2017 at 1:10 pm #1347687Andras
KeymasterHello Danny,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
Unfortunately at the moment there is no possibility to save the user submitted information of the attendee meta fields. They need to be filled out by the user at every ticket.
However, if the user has enabled the browser to save submitted form data, then next time filling out the information is easier.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
Cheers,

KeymasterHey Danny,
Instead of changing how attendee metadata is collected, it might be a better idea to use some custom fields for the order itself. So the extra data is collected on the checkout page instead of the ticket.
There is this free plugin for WooCommerce that could help you achieve that and there are paid versions here and here as well.
Would this solution work for you?

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
