Change attendee-info after approving order

Hi there,
I’ve installed Event Tickets Plus today and I’m impressed by the simplicity. I love the integration but Woocommerce. But I have a slight problem:
Someone booked 3 tickets. I need to change a custom attendee field for 1 tickets (let’s say: he doesn’t want to have a sandwich with cheese but with peanutbutter). How can I change this as an admin?
