Change all instances of 'Events' to 'Classes'

Hi,
I’m sure i must be missing something obvious as this seems like crucial functionality.

Building a site which sells classes. So need to change the wording of the site from ‘Events’ to ‘Classes’.

It appears one can change the ‘slug’ but this does not change all the other instances of the word ‘events’.

What is the best way to achieve this?
