Can i export just one or two of the categories to an iCal file? I also use the filter plugin. Anyone have a solution to my problem?

Hi there, Johan! Thanks for getting in touch and welcome to the forums. 🙂

Good question. The iCal export option below the calendar will export the events that are displayed on the calendar in the current view it is on. So, for example, if you have the Filter Bar plugin installed (which you do), and select multiple categories in the Filter Bar, the export button belie the calendar will download only the filtered categories that are displayed on the calendar.

Does that make sense? Let me know if that helps clarify things a bit.

    Cheers!

I have a new question: Is it possible to subscribe to one or two categories only?

Hi, Johan! Thanks for following up.

Visitors can subscribe to one category at a time. To see a feed, you can add /feed to the end of any category URL. For example: [your-site]/events/category/[category-slug]/feed

Since it seems like we’ve covered your original question, I’m going to go ahead and close this thread. Please feel free to start a new if you have any additional questions and we’d be happy to help you out there. 🙂

    Cheers!
    Geoff
