Categories and reoccurrence options fail when submitting a community event

The following problems occur on https://www.discoverferndale.com/ferndaleevents/community/add

1. The categories list does not appear although the header, “Categories,” does.

2. Clicking the “add another rule” reoccurrence rules button causes the page to reload (losing any entered information).

Both problems have appeared recently.

Appeared to have been the result of another plugin. No surprise there.
