John
ParticipantHi – This error kind of “fixed itself”. I cloned the site, turned off all the plugins, reverted to WordPress 2017 theme.
Then reversed the process and it was fixed.
HOWEVER:
I could not replicate this on the actual site. Nothing worked so I’m going to push the clone live.
BUT:
My questions is – why does this happen?
I love TEC Pro but I’m concerned when I update in the future I’m going to have a problem.
What do you think? Just looking to the future – we’ve integrated TEC Pro all over the site so it’s a bit of a concern.
Thoughts?
Thank you very much!

MemberHi there John,
Thanks for getting in touch with us to report this issue…
I’m not really sure about the error you mention but it looks like a typing issue. I could find other occurrences of the issue in the forums, but there was no ticket logged about it so far.
Unfortunately t’s really difficult to fix an issue without clear instructions to reproduce it, but in this case as there’s a clear error description I’ll reach out to one of our devs and ask about it.
I’ll be back with more information!

MemberHey John,
I couldn’t reproduce the issue and without testing instructions devs couldn’t find anything obvious 🙁
Does this happened again? If so do you have any other details to help us reproduce the issue?
Thanks,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
