Cash payment creates no ticket

    Hi

    When I make a payment with cash payment for at ticket, then the system sees that a ticket has been bought but it does not register the person who bought it and hence no ticket for the ticket list. Do you know of a solution to this?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We are sorry to hear about the ticket not showing up when the order has been paid cash.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    Without seeing your settings, I believe that the issue stems from the Events -> Settings -> Tickets.
    More specifically, you might need to take a look at the very bottom of the screen and see which transaction status triggers the creation of attendees.

    Once that is established, you can either:

    1. Change that setting to accommodate your workflow OR
    2. Make sure you set the order to the correct status once it has been paid cash
