We are sorry to hear about the ticket not showing up when the order has been paid cash.
I would love to help you with this topic.
Without seeing your settings, I believe that the issue stems from the Events -> Settings -> Tickets.
More specifically, you might need to take a look at the very bottom of the screen and see which transaction status triggers the creation of attendees.
Once that is established, you can either:
- Change that setting to accommodate your workflow OR
- Make sure you set the order to the correct status once it has been paid cash
