ParticipantI am totally stumped on this: http://www.cochawaiiyp.org/events
Whenever I add a ticket from any of these events, it doesn’t add to the cart. It was working last week, but for some reason it doesn’t work now.. please help–

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
I took a look at the site and see what you mean. You can try our Testing for Conflicts Guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/testing-for-conflicts/
Or since the Add to Cart Process is all controlled by WooCommerce you may want to start with these two resources and see if any of the information applies to your site.
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-woocommerce-cart-brokennot-adding-products
Let me know what you find out and we can go from there.
Thanks

MemberOk I can try to help out as best I can.
Please start by creating a regular product and test to see if you can add that to the cart.
Also please try our Testing for Conflicts Guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/testing-for-conflicts/
Let me know what you find out from those two.
Thanks

ParticipantI’ve tested for conflicts.. nothing there. I do have the warning message about PHP Memory (only 40MB allocated), but everything else appears fine. I have the right cart and checkout pages selected. I’m completely stumped. WooCommerce is not being helpful at all.
I added a product, and tried to add to cart, but it doesn’t even direct to the correct cart page after you add it to the cart. If I manually enter the URL for the cart http://www.cochawaiiyp.org/cart it does not appear with anything in the cart. Thank you SO much for trying to help me here.

MemberDo you have any custom templates for WooCommerce in your theme?
Also can you try contacting the host for the site and see if they can look through the errors logs and see if they find anything? I have had luck sometimes with a host finding an issue out where no one else can.
Also check on any caching you might have or server side caching too. That could cause an issue with adding to the cart.
Let me know if you find out anything and I can try to help out more.

ParticipantThis was happening to me. I had to exclude caching and force SSL on those pages. (WP-engine hosting)

MemberAdam,
Thanks for sharing!
bowedp5 does that help out have you been able to find to conflict causing this?

ParticipantHey Brian and Adam! I finally figured it out late last week. It actually was in the .htaccess file. There were references to some security modules and other items that I removed and the cart started working again. I guess the point of this is to make sure the htaccess file doesn’t have any items, such as old PHP version references, and other includes that may conflict with WooCommerce. Thanks for all your help–
