Hello,
I have a ticketed event with a capacity of 48. I have sold 28 tickets. When I go to purchase tickets, I get the error “Sorry, only -8 tickets remaining.” I bumped the capacity up to 58 and when I tried to buy four tickets received the error, “Sorry, only 2 tickets remaining.” I have bumped the capacity up to 100 and now am able to sell tickets, but I don’t want to oversell my event by mistake.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I’m sorry about this issue with the capacity and EDD.
This is an issue we are aware of. This happens with EDD if you change capacity after some purchases have been made. Really sorry about this.
I will add your voice to the ticket to give it more push. Our developers will look at it, I hope soon.
I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released. Unfortunately I don’t have a workaround for this issue.
If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and we’ll help you out.
