Can't view purchased tickets

Hello!

Testing the website I’m working on I found out I can’t view the tickets I have already bought.

Searching the forum I found some users with the same problem and it sounds like there’s no such feature avaible. Is there correct? It’s not possible for the users to view the tickets the have already purchased? If so, why the plug-in show the following message with a link?

You have 1 Ticket for this <EVENT>. View your Tickets

When I click “view your Tickets” nothing happens. The page reloads.

Am I doing something wrong?

Can you send over a screenshot of where you’re referring to? More specifically:

You have 1 Ticket for this <EVENT>. View your Tickets

At this time, we don’t have a place for users to view their order/ticket, they’re simply sent via email. I look forward to your response and thanks for reaching out.
