Can't use .CSV importer

    Hi,

    I want to import my venues, but I can’t seem to find a way to do it. I’ve used a .csv file, used the conversion tool, I tried 5 different ways to convert my excel to .csv but the importer won’t recognize my fields and data seperated in the colums. I always get VENUE;ZIP;STREET; etc. instead of different column names that i can indiviually import.

    Is there an example .csv file that I can fill in with my data? Or what could be wrong?

    Hi – I’m sorry you’re hitting difficulties.

    Could it be that you are using semi-colons instead of commas to separate your fields? Can you try with just commas?
