    I updated the free version of the plugin from 3.5.2 to 3.6.1. I intended to update the PRO version afterwards, but the update link for PRO has disappeared. The only option I’m getting is to pair an older version, which I certainly don’t want to do. How do I update PRO? (There is a closed thread about this problem, but most of it has been marked private, so I can’t see what the solution was.)

    Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. You’ll need to make sure that you’ve entered your license key in order to receive updates for PRO. To do this, follow these steps:

    • Go to your License Keys page and copy your license key
    • Next, in your WordPress dashboard, go to ‘Events->Settings->Licenses’ and paste in your license key in the box
    • Click away from the box and wait for the license key to verify, and then click ‘Save Changes’
    • Then go to ‘Dashboard->Updates’ and click ‘Check again’ in order to see the latest update for PRO (note: sometimes it can take a few minutes for the update to appear)

    Casey, thanks for your response. I had actually tried this, with no apparent success, before posting in the forum. But when I checked again after reading your response, the update link had reappeared. I guess the trick is to be patient. In any case, it is now resolved. Thanks.
