    Hello,

my license is valide until Aug 18.
however, I can’t get updates with the error that says my license if expired.

    please look into this.

    Hi there,

Usually this happens if you change the URL in some way. What URL are you trying to update?

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hello,

thank you for the quick response.
I did change the URL recently as I’ve transferred the site to it’s permanent address.
    the address is “www.merkazbar.org.il”

what do I need to do to fix it? and how do I prevent this from happening in the future?

    Hi there,

Yeah, just go in to your account and go to license keys. There you can remove the dev url and your new url should show up automatically.

Let me know if that works.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
