Can't sent tickets & get Fatal Server Error

    Hi,
    I’ve tried all hte options, smtp server etc but my tickets are never sent.
    I laos now get Fatal server Error, and after debugging, get this error:
    [21-Feb-2017 12:09:24 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function tribe_get_event_link() in /usr/www/users/perfuznkpn/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/views/tickets/email.php on line 338

    Hope you can shed some light.

    Hi,

    So I replaced event-tickets/src/views/ticktes/email.pho with an earlier version and it all works.
    Seems to be something wrong with the function tribe_get_event_link()

    Please advise.

    This also affect the link to make an order complete, see screenshot.
    Instead of making it complete, the event image opens in a new window.

    I would love to help you with this topic.

    By the symptoms you are describing, I am pretty sure that there is some type of conflict at play.

    Either with your WordPress theme itself, or with some of the the Events Calendar customizations you have made in the past. These probably need updating.

    There are 2 tests worth trying while a maintenance page plugin is up and after you have made a database backup. You will also need to restore the latest version of /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/views/tickets/email.php:

    1. If there is a /tribe-events/ folder in your theme, rename it temporarily to /z_tribe-events/
    2. Try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme

    Check if the issue persists while trying these.
