Can't Select "pm" for start time

The Events Calendar 2.0.11
The Events Calendar Pro 2.0.11

When trying to set the start time meridian of an event to ‘pm’, it keeps reverting back to ‘am’ after saving.

Upgrading to 3.x will break our current template overrides, so until we can work on that, is there a fix for this? Thank you.
