Can't See Ticket Meta Box on any page, post , or Event

I do not see the \” Ticket Metabox\” as described in the user information module. Therefore I am unable to add any tickets. Both the events tickets and events tickets plus plugins are installed ( latest versions) as I just purchased this today. Kindly advise. I have looked on pages, posts and events and still don\’t see anything referencing an area in which to add tickets. My site already has ticketing functionality but it doesn\’t allow custom registration forms which is why I purchased this plugin. If there is a conflict, I would like to be refunded. Thanks

I’m definitely happy to figure this out with you!

First off, would you be willing to head to Events > Settings > Help, copy the system information at the bottom of the screen and paste it here for me as a private reply? That will help me check a few settings to get started and hopefully rule a few early things out as we dig deeper.
