ParticipantI have an issue that I think may have been experienced by another user Sherman, but the resolution is not on the forum. I can see events that have been added by another admin or by the community, but I can’t see them in the dashboard (even though it says that there 18 events there. http://screencast.com/t/ipyOXqb96L9. Please help!

ParticipantHi, solddigital. This is a great question! 🙂
We do know of a conflict between Advanced Posts Manager and our plugin (because our plugin comes with an instance of it bundled inside). Is it possible that this is the case for you?
If not, it would be super helpful if you could post your System Information from the Help tab on the Events Calendar Settings screen.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, Sam. Thanks for the quick reply!
Actually, the System Information is a detailed specification of what’s running on your site for our troubleshooting purposes. To find it, click on “Events” in the left sidebar of the Admin interface. In the subheadings under “Events”, you should now see “Help”. Click on that, and scroll to the bottom of the page that is takes you to. There, you’ll see a box with a black background. Please copy all of the text there using ctrl-a (Windows) or cmd-a (Mac), and paste it in a reply to this thread.
Thank you!

ParticipantGood morning, Sam. Thanks for trying to find the info.
Actually this is a new feature in 3.1, and it should be at the bottom of that page you sent the screenshot of. Looking at your site, it seems that you’re running an older version of the Events Calendar PRO.Would you mind upgrading to 3.1 and then seeing if the System Information box is there? If so, it would be great if you could copy and paste it into this thread.
Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantOK – so I’ve upgraded, and all the events appear now. So it must have been something you have fixed….
For the record this was what was in my black box! ( My license number does not appear because I am on multisite and I couldnt figure out how to get it in there!)
