That definitely sounds strange. A couple of steps to take to help in determining what might be happening here:
Try re-downloading fresh versions of all the calendar plugins and uploading them to your site. It might be that the download (or upload of a premium plugin) may have been incomplete causing the limited menu items.
If that doesn’t help, try deactivating all other plugins and switching to a default theme and see if that allows the other menu items to display. If so, reactivate the other plugins one by one to see where the potential conflict is.
